Lynne Ballerini

 REALTOR

Born and raised in Da Bronx, New York, my husband Ken and I moved our three children, America, Rebecca, and Kenny, here to Chincoteague Island in 1995.  We had been looking throughout the state of Virginia for four years to find the right place...  One trip over the causeway with the sun setting and the boats drifting in the water and we were hooked!  We moved here two weeks later.

If your family is relocating here, I have been through the change  a new place brings and want to help your family make the transition easier.   The beach, the sunsets, the boats coming and going, the famous Pony Swim and Carnival will bring you to the Island -- but it's the people who will make you stay.  There is just something special about the Eastern Shore that makes you slow down and enjoy the moments.  Owning a summer home here is a great investment with so many options for renting your property a few weeks to improve that investment, while also being able to come and visit often to enjoy it with your family and friends.

Being a part of the community is important to me.  I serve on the Board of Directors for the Chincoteague Center as well as serving on the Advisory Committee for the Chincoteague Family YMCA where I was named the Volunteer of the Year in 2007.  You'll find me every year volunteering at the Carnival where ever I am needed!   My clients always tell me that no matter how busy I am, I always make them feel like they are my only clients.  I pride myself on my customer service and if this is important to you also ....give me a call or drop me an email and let's get you on "Island Time" right now!
